A Different Approach to Tailoring a Bespoke Custom Suit

We went back to basics. We focused on old-school tailoring. We curated superior quality materials. We obsessed on personal individual design. We made the pricing 100% up-front, with no surprises. (a rarity in custom suiting)

We skipped the cool. We ignored trends. We said f*#k the pretense.

Bespoke can be luxurious but it isn’t luxury.

Bespoke is function. Clothes made, fit and designed well should be attainable.

Buying a bespoke custom suit should be simple.

Quality. Investment.

Our Suits are not Inexpensive but we believe in their Value

We had a goal of making bespoke tailoring attainable. We asked ourselves how do we build 80% of what you would get from a bespoke Savile Row suit at 10% of the price.

The result is a custom suit that features details and handwork where they truly matter. Pretense eliminated.

Bespoke fit, quality and design made attainable.

All our suits start with collaboration, taking the time to understand what you need. We walk you through the process of selecting fabric. We measure and discuss proportions. We design the custom suit together.

Highlights of our quality

  • The Jacket Shape- A basted (light tension sewing) canvas interlining allows the jacket to mold to its wearer. This creates a custom fit with durability to last for decades.

  •  The Jacket Shoulders- Hand-stitched shoulders, molded and cut to measure. The jackets shoulders are the most important part of a great suit. Our shoulders are constructed based on the clients’ posture, shoulder angle and musculature. We use 7 different styles of shoulder construction – Clients body+ design direction- to create the most flattering lines  and drape.

  • The Jacket Lapels- We have over 40 varieties of basted, hand rolled lapels, which adapts to the clients movement as the suit breaks in over time.

  • The Little Details- Reinforced pockets keep a suit from losing its shape and tearing at the pockets’ stress points.

  • Working Buttonholes- an old-school touch that declares a suit was made just for you.

  • The Jackets Comfort- Pleated and floating linings allow the jacket maximum range of movement.

  • The Jackets Functionality- Scalloped interior pockets create stability and help retain a jacket’s lines when they’re in use.

  • Hand Made- Hand pick stitching (by request) on all seams, a tell-tale sign of quality workmanship. Hand stitching creates just the right tension, letting the jacket flex at the seams while avoiding puckering caused by tight machine stitching.

  • The Hardware- Quality buttons in bone, horn, or mother of pearl. Our buttons are hand selected and curated. (Nothing ruins a suit faster than cheap plastic buttons.)

  • Be a Dandy- Flower loop behind the lapel—just because we think it’s a cool detail.

  • Keep it in Your Pants- Reinforced, pleated rubber waistbands help keep your shirt tucked in.

  • Exact Pattern Matching- among the most obvious signs of quality tailoring. It takes extra fabric and time to build to this standard, but is one of the most visually stunning  aspects of great bespoke.

  • The Hems- Weighted pant hems with reinforced heels improve pants’ drape and keep you from ruining your hems when you step in mud.
